1. Products are in principle NOT returnable or replaceable.
As we are in highly customized industry, all the products are manufactured based on buyer’s design, they are not usable for any
other buyers. Unless it’s obviously our manufacturing quality issue, products are not returnable or replaceable, including but not limited to the reasons as Design change, Measuring mistakes or the buyer’s Subjective unsatisfactoriness.

2. Actions to different level quality issues
If the quality issues are detected, proved and confirmed as the seller’s responsibility including raw material issues,
manufacturing issues, ect, actions to be taken as below
- Seller to rework free of charge.
- Seller to remake new products if NOT reworkable.
- Seller to negotiate partial refund with the buyer when the products are not remake-able or reworkable. Refundable amount does NOT exceed 50% of the over value with consideration of the raw material cost invested.

3. Negotiation and agreement is preferred over the disputes.
If the responsibility is NOT determined, negotiation is accessible to reach agreement between seller and buyer, including but limited solutions as Rework or Discount. The value of rework or discount does NOT exceed 30% of the order value.
